It depends on how much hydration your skin needs. Thanks to our skin pads and based on your needs, we can determine exactly the right amount of moisturizing ingredients needed and create your formula from scratch.

Can I use this product if I have excessive sebum production?

Yes, as the formulation is custom-made for your skin. Every skin type needs hydration; none are excluded. It's just a matter of knowing the most effective and correct way to achieve this goal.

What does 2IN1 mean?

It is a specific feature of some products that have a double chamber inside the pot that contains two different formulations, one for the T-zone (forehead and nose) and one for the U-zone (cheeks and chin).

Are the products truly custom-made?

Yes, 100%. Our innovative patented process allows us to quickly formulate and create custom-made products for the user, starting from a combination of scientific and sensory data, collected simply and intuitively on our website.

Do the products contain parabens?

No. All our products are free of parabens, benzoates and petrolatum. The quality of the active ingredients is guaranteed by the traceability of raw materials.

Where are the cosmetics produced?

All our products are produced entirely in Italy, within our company's own laboratories. A facility that could cover the special needs of producing custom-made products did not exist, so we made it ad hoc in-house.

What is the shelf-life of the products?

If not opened and properly stored, they have a shelf-life of 5 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, they should preferably be used within 6 months, as indicated in the PAO on each bottle or jar.

Can I use the products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, none of our products have contraindications.

Does this product contain sunscreen?

Yes, this product contains sunscreen because sun exposure contributes to skin dehydration.
