How do you create my custom formula?

The algorithm reads the data and converts it into values to create your custom formula. The best ingredients and percentages for your skin are sent as a base document to our laboratory where your product is formulated, created, packaged, and personalized.

How do you handle allergens?

Our products are composed of hypoallergenic ingredients. Our quiz does not detect allergies because the only way to check individual allergies is to undergo an allergy test. Additionally, allergies can be triggered by a combination of factors, not just a specific ingredient. Allergens, if present, are mostly found in fragrances, and you can view them on the product page by selecting your preferred fragrance.

Why don't I see the INCI in individual products?

The INCI of our products is formulated based on your skin and varies from person to person. If you don't see the INCI on the product page, it's because we haven't collected enough information to create your formula. If you've already completed our quiz, you can preview your INCI within the product. The final INCI of your product will be provided inside your shipment.

How do you use my sensitive information?

What does 2in1 mean?

It is a specific feature of some products that have a dual-chamber inside the container containing two different formulations, one for the T-zone (forehead) and one for the U-zone (cheeks and chin). Both formulations are created from scratch based on your skin's characteristics and needs.

Are the products truly customized?

How can I place an order?

Once you've completed our quiz, you can add the selected product to your cart and proceed with filling in the required fields, also choosing your preferred payment method.

What is a promotional code and how does it work?

A promotional discount code is a code consisting of a series of letters and/or numbers that you can enter during checkout to get a discount on the final cart price. Simply copy and paste the code into the designated 'Do you have a coupon? Enter it here' space.

What is your return policy?

Products are custom-made for you, making them unique and personal. For this reason, they cannot be returned. However, we are confident that we can help you find the best solution for your skincare and products. Please contact us at hello@beautytune.it.

How long will it take to receive my order after purchase?

Purchased products need to be formulated and created, after which they will be prepared for shipment in about 2 days. Typically, it takes 4-5 business days for delivery.

What happens if the courier can't deliver my package?

You will receive an email from GLS notifying you when the second delivery attempt will be made.

The courier couldn't find me, what should I do?

You will be contacted by the courier via email with information about the second delivery attempt.

My order has been returned to the sender, what should I do?

Do you offer international shipping?

Is it possible to postpone the shipment of an order?

If the shipment has not yet left our warehouse, you can change the delivery address. Please contact us at hello@beautytune.it or on WhatsApp to inquire about the order status and any changes.

I received the tracking but it's not active yet. What does this mean?

It means that the shipment has been registered in the GLS systems but has not yet been dispatched. We recommend waiting and monitoring the tracking, which should become active within 1 business day. If it doesn't, you can contact us at hello@beautytune.it or on WhatsApp.

The tracking status says 'Wrong address.' What does that mean?

The GLS tracking status is 'Recipient unknown.' What does that mean?

How can I register?

Registered users can receive important information about their skin and recommendations for the most suitable products for their personalized skincare routine.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

To reset your password, simply click on the 'Forgot password' section in the Login form and enter the email associated with your account. You will receive an email at your address with instructions to reset your password.

How can I delete my account?

What payment methods are accepted?

You can purchase your product by choosing payment with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and China UnionPay), with Klarna, and Paypal.

How does installment payment work?

With Klarna, you can pay for your purchases and split the cost into three equal installments. During payment, you will see the option 'Pay in 3 interest-free installments.' Simply enter your card details to complete the purchase. Klarna does not apply interest, fees, or charges for using the card. However, your bank may apply interest or other fees if you use a credit card that has some form of interest.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Do the products contain parabens?

No, all BEauty Tune products are free of parabens, benzoates, and petroleum products. The quality of the active ingredients is guaranteed by the traceability of the raw materials.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Absolutely yes. Years of advocacy have led European standards to a significant achievement: safeguarding animals. BEauty Tune adheres to the highest quality standards and firmly believes in conscious processes.

Where are the cosmetics produced?

All BEauty Tune products are entirely produced in Italy, within the laboratories of our company. A structure that could cover the particular needs of custom product production did not exist, so we created it internally from scratch. The method, being unique and innovative, is followed in all steps within the company.

What is the shelf life of the products?

If unopened and correctly stored, they have a shelf life of 5 years from the manufacturing date. Once opened, they should preferably be used within 6 months, as indicated by the Period After Opening (PAO) on each bottle or jar with a symbol containing '6M'.

Can I use the products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

How can I test for potential allergic reactions?
